Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any changes made less than 48 hours in advance will be considered a no-show and will incur a 100% cancellation fee. For our "free consultation in the clinic", we will not be able to reschedule again without a $50 deposit.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Product exchanges may be allowed within 24 hours of purchase, only if unopened and unused, due to the sensitive nature of skincare products once removed from a controlled environment.
